Terms of participation

1. Raffle period
Our raffle begins with the publication of the post on the social media platform Instagram. The duration of the raffle can be found in the details of the respective raffle.

2. Organizer
The organizer of the raffle is Onest GmbH. As such, this raffle is not related to Facebook and/or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook and/or Instagram in any way.

3. Participation
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Europe who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. The participation in the raffle is free of charge and not bound to the purchase of a product. The purchase of products of the organizer does not increase the chances of winning. Participation takes place via the Instagram fan page of ETIQL (@etiql.official) by following the participant's Instagram account @etiql.official and commenting on the raffle post. The winner will be chosen at random from all responses after the sweepstakes ends. The raffle ends on 20.02.2022 at 23:59. The winner will be notified of their win via direct message. In case the winner does not respond to the organizer within 1 week after the end of the competition, the prize will be forfeited. A new winner will then be chosen at random and contacted in the above-mentioned way. Each participant can use the comment function of the raffle post as often as he/she likes, but this does not increase his/her chance of winning.

4. Prizes
During the entire raffle, each participant can win a prize once. The prize is a one-year membership for etiql.com and a product credit voucher worth 300,-€. After expiration of the free one-year membership, it is automatically extended into a normal membership at the usual conditions. The win will be sent to the winner by mail. Bar payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

5. Data protection
By participating, the participant agrees that his/her transmitted data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition. After the raffle has ended, the data will be deleted. No personal data will be stored for commercial purposes. Passing on the data to third parties is excluded.

6. Applicable law
The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The organizer reserves the right to suspend, prematurely terminate or cancel the competition at any time without giving reasons. In particular, this right will be exercised if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.
